DCBL letters

We have received a further letter today, reads as follows;

FINAL NOTICE OF DEBT RECOVERY

you have failed to pay DBLC the outstanding balance, we will now instruct our client to begin legal action against you which will incur further costs etc etc

do we still ignore this at this stage? Or should we now contact them? They have never provided proof (picture of the car or driver etc) and as said above this is nearly 6 years ago. Any advice would be great

Hello,

I have read the newbies page however not sure if I am fully understanding. My wife receive no contact from DCBL for over 5 years and had no prior knowledge of this and first became known to her last month or the month before. They have sent about 3/4 letters now, most recent being along the context of above.

No reply was sent to DCBL of the owner of the land at the stage.

It wouldn’t let me reply to any of the one on the other thread so decided to create this new one and typically after I done so it would let me reply lol
