BT bb not working

Nearly a week bt bb and digital voice not working. An engineer came still not working. Checking fault status, it says fixed which is not true. Phoned again and going through the process again and he thinks a new hub might solve the issue.Am loss without Wi-Fi.

If the engineer can find no further fault with your broadband then any remaining issues are yours to solve.  There can be any number of reasons why the wifi isn't working for you

Have you tried resetting the hub? Paper clip in the little hole at the back if it's the same as mine. I phoned them when I had trouble and Paul from EE talked me through resetting and gave me his email address in case I needed more help.

Yes, I have tried, no luck. When the engineer left he said it would be sorted today.
