Scan.com - Blurry Scan options - Private Medical Scans

Hi there
I bought a Gynaeological MRI from Scan.com as I've had a history of issues and wanted some peace of mind. It cost £480.
Unfortunately significant blurriness in the cervical area reduced diagnostic value. I've been told that this is because I moved and been given a 25% refund.
I was not told to stay still or hold my breath during the scan and as far as I can see whoever was taking it should have made sure the images weren't blurry or directed me or retaken them. Also the machine broke before I went in which might have had something to do with it.
I've asked for another scan and been told I will only get a refund as I moved as if it's somehow my fault! Not the person taking the scan! I would like another scan or full refund so I can go elsewhere.
What are my options? Who is the ombudsman for Scan.com. Is it the General Medical Council or a Consumer Organisation as I have paid for something that isn't of adequate quality?
This isn't a dodgy fridge that I paid for - it's a medical investigation into something that could be serious so I feel that blaming me and throwing £80 back at me isn't ok.
Any advice appreciated. Thanks. (Removed by Forum Team)

Not the GMC as they only regulate doctors - this looks like a business0

Radiological error? - they will probably say it was artefact
"In accordance with the principles expressed in clause 14.1, unless there is objective cause to believe on the basis of verifiable documentary evidence that your Results are subject to a Radiological Error, neither we nor the Scan Provider shall be under any obligation to repeat performance of any part of the Imaging Services, provide or procure any professional confirmatory review or second opinion in respect of your Results or supply you with any otherwise refund, remedy, substituted performance or compensation".0
