Transfer Employee Shares from a Share Incentive Plan to an Stocks & Shares ISA

I have shares that have matured from a Share Incentive plan & are in a holding account with the SIP provider. Am I able to transfer some of these shares to a Stocks & Shares ISA without incurring CGT? I would want to transfer £20k worth in the next Tax year. Many thanks.
