Hi Car1980
In my response to the LBC I asked for thesePlease confirm in writing that you will place this matter on hold for 30 days and confirm the status of the account in the meantime. I would also like to request the following:
- An itemised breakdown of the amount claimed.
- A copy of the original Parking Charge Notice.
- Photos of the signage at the location.
- A copy of the contract between G24 Ltd and the landowner authorising them to operate and issue parking charges.
- Evidence of the alleged contravention
If there are any documents or information that you have requested, but that are not enclosed within this email, it is because we have deemed the request to be disproportionate and/or not relevant to the substantive issues in dispute. We respectfully draw your attention to paragraph 2.1(c) of the Protocol and remind you that both parties are expected to act reasonably and proportionately.0
