Letter OF Claim will it time lapse

Options
Hi hope you're well. After receiving 3 letters from DCBL, I have received the letter of claim (attached)from DCBL LEGAL

The original PCN was 21/07/2019. The vehicle was being personally leased and I returned the vehicle back a few yrs ago

Have also moved address since original PCN

I wasn't sure which template to use on the newbie thread and should I include anything else as I have moved address.

Do I email them or someone specific, reply using their link or send in a formal letter

6 years will be up on 21st July this year so how can I delay and delay to get to the magic 6 yr mark

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks

You are unlikely to get it past the 6 year deadline.   Dcb legal seem to be issuing loads of these last minute letters before the deadline expires

Send the LoC response around day 29 by email to dcb legal

Thanks for the response. Basically I entered the car park when it was closed late at night to park n use my phone as there wasn’t anywhere on the road to safely park. My appeal at the time was that I didn’t cause any loss of business as the stores were closed.

should I include in my response and should i reply using their form or email anyone in particular

There's already a thread like yours this week where I posted how to get it past the line by using the tactic suggested by @ChirpyChicken which involves stating that you are seeking advice on a Debt Relief Order. Takes months.

No.  Sorry.  Just look at his replies.  He replies less often here than me.

Is this the same issue as this thread: -

Forum etiquette is one issue one thread, gets confusing if we have to jump about from thread to thread.  Of course, if it is a separate issue - apologies.

have requested deletion of original post as that was from a while back and didn't get any response at the latest update.

Regarding the DRO - I have checked the criteria and I wouldn't qualify for it and it isn't something I feel comfortable with as it stays on your file for credit file for 6 yrs,

I will send this in the template around day 29 to response@dcblegal.co.uk,  I have read on here that it be taken to county court which im a little afraid off as my credit report is unblemished.

I recommend people use the online response form now. It doesn't ask for financial details
