EE broadband and tax packag

What a nightmare, not happy with sky glass but wish I’d stayed.  Ee to install on 10 march 2025 dud not turn up. That day but took my broadband payment of £ 72.26 which should have coincided with Ee package. But alas no after long phone calls to Ee over the week I eventually got an engineer to come on sat 15th.  So they take my money on 18th which they say has gone missing even though it was by dad and want to take another payment on 10 April. Even though it was not installed until 15th. On,principal I need at least 2 weeks refund of my original £72.26  as they claim I changed my Dx on 24 April. HELP.  
CANT GET THROUGH TO THEM. 
GAS ANYBODY ELSE BEEN THIS UNLUCKY 

I am 74 and am so stressed by the whole business I wish I had never started thus and stuck with sky
