Replied to LBA pointing out errors --just received a call when they shouldn't have my number

I've been an avid follower of this forum for years and the advice here has been absolutely priceless so thanks everyone here for the hard work.
I received my original notice while away on holiday and arrived home after all the appeal periods and had expired so after that just started getting the regular "scary" letters which I knew to ignore thanks to the advice here. Late last year I got the Letter Before Action which was missing all the usual things (claimant's address, basis of claim, form of ADR, etc.) so I replied stating this and got confirmation my letter was delivered. Then the same LBA was sent again a few weeks ago so I replied that they should see my previous reply.
Then I received a call on my mobile number from someone claiming to be from CST asking to confirm my name and address for data protection. Then they asked for my email which I know they don't have so I ended the call and requested that they contact me in writing by post.
Has anyone else had this? I can't remember reading it elsewhere on the forum.

Presumably they just did a trace from your home address.2

Simply block the number, no phone calls ( plenty of people get these calls, ignore them and block them )4

Has anyone ever had CST reply with all the missing details after a response to the initial robo-Letter Before Claim? Just wondering what I should expect if they do actually write to me with a custom Letter Before Claim.0
