I've read on some posts that ZOPA chat is useless.
Just wanted to say that I've found TRADING 212 chat to be brilliant. They keep your chat active until you decide to close it ( can be days) and take great pains to answer your query to which you can request further info.

That isn't the experience I had with Trading 212, they were particularly useless and that annoying chat bot kept asking if there was anything else I needed despite the fact I hadn't got an answer, and closed the chat.0
