I just got to the to do list part after signing up and it says this as my commitments are these correct as im in esa support group currently

  • It looks correct to me, or I can't see anything wrong with it at least. The "to do list" does what it says on the tin: when they want you to upload your tenancy agreement, agree to terms and conditions, contact an outside agency etc, it will show on your list. They're not asking you to look for or prepare for work - that would show in your commitments, the thing you've just posted here :)

Yes, they are correct, but if this is showing in your To-Do list, then you MUST accept them. Once you have accepted them, your To-Do list should be empty / clear.
Once accepted, you can view your commitments elsewhere in your account (under Your Work Plan and Commitments).
You cannot be paid UC until you have accepted your commitments and if you do not accept your commitments within 7 days, your claim will be closed.
As others have said above (and agreed in your commitments), you should then log in often and check and clear any actions in your ToDo list - once per week as a minimum is recommended.
