    Sorry to derail the thread ever so slightly - but WHY does the one liner work? Do (Not So) Smart Parking have literally no contracts in place to operate any of the car parks they operate?!

    They dont reveal the why, so any answers are theories and speculation,  such as they dont want to reveal their contracts,  personally I dont believe your theory,  having them and revealing them are different issues 

    Sometimes it's unnecessary to know how something works, just that it does
