Same as this one

Presumably your dad will be using the sentence in his popla appeal ?
The initial appeal should have come from the keeper to Smart Parking, using the Grizebeck appeal, not the long story or circumstances written in your initial post
The one liner is reserved for popla1 -
Yes I realise now that the initial appeal should have been different, but I wasn't aware. I just naively assumed that explaining the situation honestly would be the best bet. And yes, we have just submitted the POPLA appeal using the one liner.4

Thank you all, and apologies for casting doubt - just got notification that Smart Parking have cancelled the parking charge! The one liner really does work, so for anyone thinking it's too good to be true, it's not!5

And this is the funny thing. Those on on the CAG (consumer action group forum) decried appealing to smart using the suggested text and told people to ignore smart parkingpja75 said:Thank you all, and apologies for casting doubt - just got notification that Smart Parking have cancelled the parking charge! Now those same people are back on that forum having to defend court claims when it could have been cancelled with a few set lines
Of course Those on CAG know better and have put people in a position they didn't need to be in.3 -
CAG forum is useless on parking cases. Argumentative and clueless posters!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Totally agree . They are very inward lookingCoupon-mad said:CAG forum is useless on parking cases. Argumentative and clueless posters!1 -
CAG are definitely not up for gaining new knowledge, learning from posters or other parking forums. Without any research the CAG site team and regular posters completely discarded the Smart Parking winning one liner and posts about seem to have been deleted.ChirpyChicken said:
