I am new on here and am looking for some help or guidance from anyone experiencing similar issues please.
On my postcode there about 12 properties, 4 of which have fibre 8 which do not. I am going round in circles, I have contacted my provider EE "no sorry you can't have fibre it is not in your area" It is and it goes straight past my house the the neighbour that has access to it. Nope sorry can't help speak to BT, I spoke to BT who again can't help, phone open reach, of which the number which BT gave cuts out when i select no.3. I have been at this for hours and have got no further forward. I have even bought a 5g mobile router to have in conjunction with my rubbish broadband but both just drop in and out of signal, and just to be clear I do not live in the middle of nowhere or some random remote island. I am in civilisation apparently.
I can put my postcode in the fibre checker and sure enough 4 out of the 12 can get fibre but not mine.
Does anyone know a way of getting contact with open reach and speak t someone, my head is beginning to hurt too many brick walls at the moment to butt up against.
