Hi Everyone. What I can not understand I am in a block of flats all one bedroom for the elderley.so I imagine
we all use about the same amount of water. I can not have a meter as I am upstairs most of the residents
are paying a new amount in the late £20s I am charged over £40 .None of us upstairs have washing machines
or dish washes . I have spoken to 3 different departments for the reasons why but with no success.I know I
will pay it but not happy. Has anyone else had the same problems.with no success from the Water Companies.

Have you asked them what they are billed as, metered, assessed, unmetered? If you cannot have a water meter then ask to go onto an assessed rate.

My water bill shot up a few years back and the water company simply couldn't explain it.  Eventually they gave in and reduced my bills to £15 per month
