Would MSE assist with Broadband offers promoted on here ?

Hi all,

I took out a new Broadband contract with Vodafone at the beginning of Nov 24. It was for the "150" service, £26 per month, and i clicked thru from the MSE link.
I was supposed to be getting a £90 giftcard ( after 120 days )

So i chased up Giftcloud, sent them details as they requested, looks they are having some issues, as they have referred it over to Vodafone for verification - So i dont want to jump the gun just yet, while i await further feedback - but wanted to check if MSE would get involved in this if required ?
And if anyone else has had similar issues ?

I think i know where the confusion may stem from - I clicked thru the MSE link, filled in the details and was given a WEB -XXXXXXXXXX contract No and associated ticket No ( which Giftcloud use to verify claim )
BUT, it appears that this didnt complete properly, and i was contacted by a Vodafone CS to go through all the details again over the phone, and i was then emailed with a different contract No - SBL-XXXXXXXXXXX and a different Ticket No. CS did say at the time they had issues with their systems.

I advised Giftcloud of the above, and asked them to pass onto Vodafone, so now i am waiting for further feedback ( At least i do have a Giftcloud Reference i can refer to )

So i am a bit cheesed off having to go thru this rigmarole, as i feel i have been sucked in by the giftcard offer, but maybe its something that happens a lot ?
