I have a cash ISA maturing shortly and wanted to transfer to S&S ISA. Any advice on best platform to use? Trading 212 I understand has no charges for buying shares but are there any advantages to going with someone like Hargreaves Lansdown?

Depends on what you want to buy, for instance HL offers OEICs/unit trusts whilst T212 doesn't.Paddydog5 said:I have a cash ISA maturing shortly and wanted to transfer to S&S ISA. Stocks and Shares ISA best platform? What is your definition of best? As an IFA, I don't see one best option being available. It varies depending on objectives and requirements. i.e. paying for something you don't need is pointless but going cheap and missing functionality or options you need is not a good idea either.

What you actually invest in, is more important than which platform to use.1
