Anyone know the step -by-step process for the Form 17 and declaration of trust when dealing with FHL’s?
Anyone know the step -by-step process for the Form 17 and declaration of trust when dealing with FHL’s?
I want a 95:5 with my wife so do I fill a form 17 in online along with a trust deed sent to HMRC by post?
Do I just date these for the 6th of April and send to HMRC straight away?
Thanks!

Sure is from April.0 -
