Hi can someone pleae offer some advice?

My Daughter has a Samsung E 900 phone from T mobile on an 18 month contract. The screen became unusable after a couple of months and after several weeks of phoning T mobile they replaced it, however the screen has gone again, probably because she doesnt really take a lot of care with it, is it worth asking T mobile to repair it, or am I better getting her another phone from a shop until her contract runs out in September. I am not very good with phones, and had a very bad time with T mobile in the summer when it went wrong the first time.

Thanks Elmer

  • Try T-Mobile first again, if they're being unhelpful then the Samsung phone should still be within the 1 year Warranty, so call up the number in the phone's manual book.
