question re visa for no uk passport holder

Can you advise how an person here on visa can go to visit spain or gremany  but not have Uk passport but india passport 
as the not get paid if take time of and go to embassy as the want to see them in person but want you to fill form up online as the travel agent charge arm and leg to get this done

    I am afraid these things can cost money - you either pay in time off or pay the travel agent. The rules will be set by the German and Spanish governments

    You would need to apply for a schengen zone visa, it can be single trip or multiple. You'd apply based on your first trip and the country you are going to, if its multiple countries then the one you will be longest in, if its about equal then the one you are going to first. 

    Cost is €90 for an adult but various hangers on offer services to assist and will charge on top of this. Spain for example use BLS who charge circa £15 on top and more if you want your passport sent back by special delivery.

    There is no simple solution...

    Even if you can get time off work to attend an embassy, it is often difficult to get an appointment: most appointments are booked up in advance by these agencies.

    As people have said, you need the visa.
    There is no way around this.
    You need to follow the process to get the visa which will require you to follow certain steps.
