Folks, hijacking this thread.
I am doing exactly the same - transferring a cash isa out of trading 212 into chip.
However, the chip transfer in form only has the possibility of entering sort code/account number or, on the other hand - roll number. Neither of these are available when I view my T212 account in the 212 app.
I've read the other threads on T212 on the MSE forums but couldnt find which numbers to actually use in the chip transfer in form. On the t212 settings page there is a customer id and an account id.
None of these appear to be correct. I have read on the MSE form to use sort code 00-00-00. That is not accepted in the chip app either.0 -

I did a T212 to Chip yesterday, I used the Cash ISA ID number and sort code 00-00-00 this has been accepted by Chip0 -
I am currently 195 in the queue and 3 (business days ago) I was 202. This means they are processing under three transfers in per day. At that rate it will be 3 months before they get to me. Every time I look my estimated time is 30 days. I have raised a formal complaint with them and also the ombudsman. But I'm worried if it takes this long to transfer in, it will be also difficult to transfer out. Seriously considering other cash ISAs now.0
