It mentions them sending an email to you after you have paid 6 months of top up/renewal if eligible.

If you started on 10th October, your sixth renewal won't be into April, then you need to allow 30 days.1

First Renewal = November
Second Renewal = December
.........
Sixt Renewal = April
Allow thirty days for voucher.1 -
