Quality of Apple TV/iTunes TV shows potential purchase - Frasier Boxset versus Paramount versus 4

Looking for advice on the TV show Frasier of 11 seasons.

I heard that Frasier (the 1990s series) was being/has been remastered in 4K. Apparently it became available in the US in 4K on the Paramount Plus streaming service though I do not know whether on 4K Bluray. And I hear that Paramount Plus now offers 4K streaming in the UK, albeit at a fairly high price and I'm not sure what exactly the quality of shows is before you subscribe as it doesn't show that on the information pages. As I understand it (from a Google search), people seem to be saying Frasier is in 4K on that. An HD Blu Ray boxset in the UK looks to be at least £110 online. Been enjoying watching the show on the 4 Catchup player (with adverts) thus far. I understand that Apple upgrade movie purchases from HD to 4K, though I am not sure about TV series. 

I was thinking about buying the digital boxset from the Apple TV store (formally iTunes) to be able to watch at convenience. I saw on the "CheapCharts" website, that the price has dropped from around £60 to £30. But, I'm trying to confirm what quality the show would be in. At the moment, on the CheapCharts website, the Boxset (of all 11 seasons) is showing as HD. 

1. On the Apple TV app on a phone, you cannot seem to see the info of the quality to confirm, because it opens up an episode list and you cannot seem to "tap into" details. However, if you go to an episode including from an earlier Season, it seems to include (under the "buy the episode option) an HD logo.

So would I be correct in saying that the Boxset would definitely be all seasons in HD?

2. Does anyone have any experience of Paramount Plus? I'm not sure the monthly streaming price would give me much for their content. I enjoy the older Star Trek series on Netflix and already own the franchise's movies (and things like Mission Impossible) on Bluray. There's also only so much you can watch. I really enjoy Frasier, and would like to get a sharp image on a 4K TV. From what I understand from streaming bitrates, Apple are also generally better than some of the others.
