Trading 212 Cash ISA transfer to iweb

As the title, I'm trying to transfer a Cash ISA from trading 212 to an iWeb stocks and shares ISA. T212 require a paper form, so I filled it in and sent it to iWeb, who then sent it to T212. T212 have asked me to electronically sign off the transfer.
However, the number that they have put as the account number is not my account number, iWeb say it is their reference number for the transaction (or something similar, the chat has closed) and if T212 use that, then the money won't go to my account. T212 are saying that it's the correct number for iWeb to use.
So I'm a bit stuck! Any advice?

Follow the advice from T212. iWeb don't understand how T212 works.0

T212 sent me a screenshot of the message iweb sent them with the reference number to use. And it's all gone through ok, so that's a relief. Just a bit weird that T212 ask you to approve a form with an "account" number that you are not aware of.Statement of Affairs (SOA) link: https://www.lemonfool.co.uk/financecalculators/soa.phpFor free, non-judgemental debt advice, try: Stepchange or National Debtline.
