So can I just confirm please
i have received a letter from DCBL final reminder (for supposedly parking for 1 min and 3 seconds whilst I answered an emergency phone call from my Mothers care home!!!
From what I’ve read I should ignore it?
is this correct?

I have now received another letter fro DCB legal which is a formal letter of claim
