Trading 212 Cash ISA: Moneysavingexpert link bonus failed

Good evening,
I just opened a new cash ISA with Trading 212 by following the link from this website in order to get the advertised bonus interest rate of 5.25%: 4.5% variable + 3mth 0.75% newbies bonus.
However, when I logged into the new account, it's only showing the interest rate of 4.5% despite having transferred some money into the new account.
But then if I idle, a pop up screen shows the 5.25% rate again, and asks me to add funds (even though I already have). To be sure, I transerred £1 in as a second deposit, but then in the main account it's still showing only 4.5% interest rate.
How can I be sure I'm getting the right rate?

Thanks!

Try adding the promo code again in the 212 app (Settings) - (Use Promo Code).
If you get a message stating you are already receiving a promotional rate this will confirm that they have applied it.• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.

Thanks for the tip. I was using the website rather than their app, however I just logged back in and the interest rate has updated to 5.25%so I guess there was just a delay with them setting the bonus up (?). Anyway, looks fine now!0

While you are at it, you could open a free investment account with them and credit it with £1, then use the additional MSE code "MSE40", to get a free fractional share in a random company worth £40.
I did that just last night and they gave me £40 worth of BMW shares for free.
That said, they've lost 16p already in morning trading .... IT'S A SCAM!!!!• The rich buy assets.
• The poor only have expenses.
• The middle class buy liabilities they think are assets.

I opened the Trading 212 investment account and my free shares were also BMW. I sold them almost immediately but they did manage to lose a few pence.
There is a one month wait to withdraw the cash, but it's earning a decent rate of interest in the meantime, so it's all good.0 -
I just entered the promo code to see what I would get.
Rejected! I opened it 11 days ago and code only valid 10. Ah well.0
