Re-claiming UC

Hi, my partner and I had our UC stopped as we had reached the threshold of £16,000 last year. We have been living off that and PIP. We will be soon in a position to claim for UC again as our savings have now reduced. Will this be an entirely new claim or the existing one with a new savings disclosure?   Tia

Yes, you will need to make a new claim and declare all of your capital. You will very likely need to provide bank statements.

As my savings change on a daily basis, ie, bills, shopping etc would I declare the amount on the day of the claim?

Yes, you would declare your capital as it is on the day you make your claim for UC.
