Horizon Parking Charge - Tesco

I received a Parking Charge letter dated offering a goodwill reduction from £70 to £40.
I submitted an appeal using the following text:
"This is an appeal by the registered keeper – no driver details will be provided. Please do not attempt to request driver details as a way to bypass the fact that your Notice to Keeper (NtK) does not comply with PoFA. Since there is no keeper liability, responsibility cannot transfer from the driver to the keeper, making this an automatic win at POPLA. Please cancel the notice or provide a POPLA code, at which point you will automatically withdraw."
I received the following response:
"...Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding the above Parking Charge, which we have reviewed.
I can confirm the Parking Charge has now been cancelled, and no further action will be taken in this matter..."
A big thank you to the forum!

That's great!
I am also going to appeal so would mind telling what Reason did you select for the Appeal, was it 'Other' or 'I was not the driver'?

Thanks @ChirpyChicken
May I know if I should select 'DVLA Keeper' or 'Keeper (not DVLA)', dont know the difference between them:

Obviously if the NTK came to you they already know you're the registered keeper at the DVLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Glad to inform that my PCN got rejected with the appeal. You can search my thread with 'Tesco Harrow - Horizon Parking Charge' or may be able to search it in my profile. Unable to share the direct link as I am a newbie.0
