Topping up Cash Isas

I have several ISAs from the past few years, with £20k in each. I might need the cash for a short period in the next tax year, can I withdraw the cash from each of them without closing the accounts and then top them back to £20k before the end of the tax year?

Are they classed as flexible ISAs ?. If they are you should be able to do this. If not, I think you'd have to first transfer them to a flexible ISA that would allow it..2
