To start with, I have read the newbies posts, so am pretty sure what to do in my situation but I just want to clarify a few things before proceeding. Rightly or wrongly my wife ignored the original letters from DCB legal in regards a parking fine from a local retail park due to overstaying our welcome of about 15 minutes.…

Yes, don't worry. All is going according to plan. Don't be spooked by DCB Legal's intimidation. Everyone gets that letter of drivel.
