Surveyor let himself into my flat and bedroom while i was sleeping, as agent forgot to tell me apt

You really couldn't make up the catalogue of disasters..I know I had an issue with my sellers agent for not letting me measure u[p, butbut this is waaaay worse..
A week ago, I had my 4th change of agent,as they have a high turnover of staff leaving.  and I wrote an email requesting that all communication be via email as there had been a catalogue  of errors. I also write explaining that I'm disabled and therefore it is extra important all info be written. I also asked when my buyer had booked her survey, but I got no response.

This morning, at 9am, I woke up to a man in my actual bedroom .. It was my buyers surveyor and he has not rung the door bell, and had come right into my bedroom while i was sleeping.  The agent had not told me that this had been booked.
I have severe  diagnosed PTSD  from trauma, and safety issues, and I was really terrified to find a man in my bedroom.
The surveyor told me he never rings door bells as they rarely work, which is bad enough, and he should not have come into my bedroom. But it also lies with the agent, as they did not tell me it was booked.

I am at my wits end , and I dont know how to proceed,as I worry that a complaint will jepordise my sale, but surely this cannot be acceptable to breach my privacy like that,  especially as the agent is aware that I am a vulnerable disabled woman living alone.
I am so shaken up,
Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE :)

How did he get in? Ringing a door bell or not he should have needed you to let him in

I have a shared entrance to the building, he let himself in, and then let himself into my flat as i had forgotton to put the chain up.. I did not let him in,as i was sleeping in bed,  and my flat door was closed properly  and not on the latch.. if he knocked i didnt hear him as i was asleep. If he had rung the doorbell, i would have heard that as i have a bell plugged into my bedroom so i can hear it.
