Premier Park fine when not parked!

Hi everyone

I have a fine come through claiming I had parked in a private mini bus space when in fact I was pulled over, for not even a minute, putting in sat nav directions.

i was recorded for 13 seconds and you can see my driver window wound right down.

Any advice at all please before I appeal?

If it's from "Premier Park" it won't be a "fine" it will be a charge or an invoice a private parking company cannot issue a fine no more than a plumber can.

Advice would be more applicable when the NTK is received and more accurate details can be given.

Thank you, I have had a look but this is not a typical overstay / non payment PCN but rather alleging obstructive parking.

I think appeal it on the basis of what happened and that no consideration period was allowed; 13 seconds isn't anywhere near enough to read the signs and decide to stay. Which you didn't.

Thank you Coupon mad I will - it is utter madness and I am at a loss how quickly the officer must have taken these! Now I realise why they are not taken from the front so I’m not in them!

The word "officer" does not apply to private parking companies, the most appropriate word is attendant or employee, others are available
