How did you send the request for the 30 day debt advice? If you posted it, did you get a free proof of posting certificate or if by email, did you also CC in yourself?1

Just received a reply from DCBL, they’ve reduced the ‘debt’ amount to £85, however the statute of limitations expires today 🎉
Am I obliged and/or would it be wise to reply to their correspondence at this point?1 -

That's why they have reduced it.
If you get a claim unlikely then your single defence is as per your thread title.
OR when its definitely passed email them and tell them its Statute barred3 -
