    Be sure of your facts,  especially going forward   ( £60 is rarely,  if ever,  a charge that we see here, but many victims think that its £60 and not the £100 in bigger font, or the £100 on the signs , they tend to only see the mugs discount figure  )

    £100 was the more likely scenario,  especially if Parking Eye claimed £210 on the claim form 

    Personally,  I have never understood why people might think that its higher than the total amount on the claim form
