Kaz very sorry to hear that and hope all goes well. Ditto in a different way to Valli.
my pre-holiday slinky wannabe isn't going well; it seems a particularly social time at present. On Saturday we had a lovely day in London which included lunch with a friend then coffee and cake in the park. Wed I'm out to lunch with 2 ex-students. Thurs and Fri we are in Travelodj to visit Mum, so although we may take boxed salad for one meal, another meal will need to be had and at least one breakfast. Saturday we're taking out BIL as it is his birthday, while on the way home on Sunday we are meeting DB for coffee (hopefully with the strength to resist cake). So I'm doing all the exercise I can!
- DanceFit and Zumba today.
- went to library.
- had long walk owing to road works in the village so I had to leave car at the far end, walk home then collect it later.
- vague bits of flying done
- yesterday Mr N and I spent a lot of time sorting out/making space in the greenhouse so today I sowed some seeds.
- filling bird feeders very often at present.
- still decluttering office.
- paid cc
- read meters and sent readings in
- number of flagged emails now manageable i.e. fewer than 10 and some of those can't be done yetRemember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.9 -

Kaz I'm so sorry to hear about your DD, as others have said do feel free to rant and rave in here. There is oodles of support here for you and we would all want to give you a big hug if we could.
But please do look after yourself during this as you are going to need downtime too. Plenty of self-care moments needed even if it's just sitting outside and watching the birds 😉
Thank you for those links Valli I'm sure they will be well reciprocated from those Flyladies that need them, and also those that have kept quiet on here too.
Seems quite trivial to say that I'm still poorly - this has been one hell of a sh!!try time with COVID this time round. I'm just wondering when it'll go away and I will actually be able to do stuff again and not be shattered after doing something so trivial as polishing or making the bed....
Hugs for everyone that needs/wants them xxMortgage Free as of 20.9.17Declutter challenge 2023, 2024 🏅 🏅⭐️⭐️

Very sorry to hear that you have been struck down again, Natty. I really hope you feel better soon - and stay that way! xx
I went for (what for me currently was) an extra long walk with Rosie yesterday, so we were able to call on a friend who recently had a shoulder op, to ask how she was getting on - all good, and her dog Oakley and Rosie were delighted to see each other. Today I have very little energy, so it will have to be a much shorter outing. Fortunately L the dog walker should be back from her short break tomorrow.
First, though, I must get some paperwork sorted and emailed on behalf of the Church Treasurer.
Hope you've all got some of this glorious sunshine xxx7
