Hi, We are a disabled pensioner couple , We were going to have BT everything TV films , Broadband . Landline , But my husband fell really ill leaving him to be in hospital and still is,
I is wife have no idea of dealing with things and no close family , My husband managed to cancel BT or EE but they have all there EQuipments left here I tried phoning them but I am nearly deaf 
and they said put it all together and they will send a bag to pick it up . thats been nearly 3 weeks and I am at a loss . please can u help me , even having to get my neighbour to send this . Thank you (Removed by Forum Team)
