We are both with Asda.

Both can't receive incoming calls but can make calls and send/received texts.

On ringing Asda, they are able to ring us, so can't see a problem, but no one else can.

They are investigating and ringing back later

Any ideas??

I've tried ##002# in case we'd accidentally put our phones on divert, but that's made no difference...

We've tried restarting, clearing cache, forcing stops of app, taking the SIM out and trying it in another handset...

We've managed to get it to ring, intermittently, but never twice in a row.

    Asda seems flummoxed

I had all sort of problems with Asda mobile about a year back.  Similar to you I was unable to receive any calls, including from Asda.     I had to leave them as they could just not fix it - they were pretty clueless

Well, after they said yesterday that they'd have to refer it to "technical" and that might take 5 days (!!!), it appears to have resolved itself overnight, as we have been able to call each other from our mobiles and our landline.

We currently have £9+ credit with them each, so will run that down and then decide on our next move.

I don't suppose any providers are immune from having the odd glitch in the Matrix every now and then.

....And it stopped working again.    Grrrrr

Same problem with me and their £4 a month no data, unlimited voice & text.  Tried the SIM in 2 handsets and managed to try in an old iphone - oddly enough got incoming calls workng on the old iphone but not the other handsets.   The technical team said it was the handset is not compatable.  Text "PAC" to 65075 to get the PAC code and move your number to another provider

    Sorry, I should have updated.

They started working again fine after a couple of days after they said they'd refer it upwards to "technical".

ASDA never did come back to us to let us know what problem was 🤷.

Touch wood, they've been fine ever since.
