Once you've checked all the obvious stuff (fluff, cable) then get help. If it is under any kind of extended warranty then do whatever it says in the terms to obtain repairs, otherwise get it to your local tech fix shop.
As above, use whatever charge is left to make sure the phone is backed up. Samsung phones have a Maintenance mode, protects all the personal stuff on the phone while it's out of your hands.0 -
Have tried multiple cable. New development today it seems to start overheating when left plugged in.0
