They rejected the appeal and issued a popla code which you say you didn't bother with, hence the current court case
Stick to dealing with the current and subsequent stages, produce a top notch Witness Statement bundle including Exhibits
Hopefully you will eventually find or hope that DCB Legal discontinue, near the date for paying the trial fee3 -
