Yes a windscreen PCN and I appealed it as driver.

That will be why you didn't receive a postal NTK PCN letter 

They rejected the appeal and issued a popla code which you say you didn't bother with,  hence the current court case 

Stick to dealing with the current and subsequent stages, produce a top notch Witness Statement bundle including Exhibits 

Hopefully you will eventually find or hope that DCB Legal discontinue,  near the date for paying the trial fee

Thanks for confirming about the NTK. I'll forget that avenue then.

I will concentrate on the witness statement and exhibits.
