My current Cash Isa has just ended and I was looking to transfer my funds elsewhere I have heard moneybox are offering a decent rate and are easy to deal with, can anyone comment on customer service with them please. Ideally I am looking for a well known name with a decent intereste rate.

TIA

I have just transferred my Moneybox ISA to Tembo as they have a better rate and are simpler. I would go back to Moneybox if they offered the market-leading rate. ISA transfer completed in 2 working days.

I requested a partial transfer of a previous years ISA from Moneybox to a Coventry fix on the 12th Feb. Coventry sent me a form to sign and they informed me that they received it and sent it to Moneybox on the 21st Feb. Still no transfer so far. I tried the Moneybox messaging service via the app yesterday to find out what is going on but i've had no response to that so far.
As it happens Moneybox currently has a higher interest rate so I am not desparalety concerned yet, but I am not convinced by their customer service so far.

So they said - but they didn't close my ISA, so I can just continue using it if I want to.

That’s true - although deposits are frozen for mine. Interestingly not for my LISA though!

I transferred my LISA from Moneybox to Tembo last year, after my bonus rate ended!

I also have a Moneybox Cash ISA, which I partially transferred to T212.

The empty Moneybox LISA is still showing the “add funds” option in the app.

Am assuming I could still fund the LISA with my £4K allowance, but could not transfer any other LISA back into it!

The app is good, very intuitive, never had any issues using it!

Communication wise, sometimes they reply fairly quick other times, longer.

Coincidentally, I am now planning to transfer my T212 Cash ISA to the new Tembo 4.80% ISA.

Oh, they have added this now

They have also asked if I want to be notified when they will be able to take deposits again.
