Advise please

Moved in to flat 1 year ago and when i moved had issue with shower unit which advised managing agent water leaking from pipe connected to shower took months to sort in end new unit installed 
but the same head i have uses since then and was advised by gp need to get power head for my back so ordered one and changed the head again same issue started 
is shower head a shower head ?
sent video to manging agents and landlord had visit from plumber/electrila enginer he reoptored to agents need unit changed  now get told no change as i have damaged it so need to get it fixed  how and why all i did was change head got told should ask agent before doing this ? so if what to go for !!!!!! or !!!!!! should ask manging agent before to ask is ok to do this 
I email company of the shower to see if still under warranty as not have trition shower head warranty  is void  i explined that when changed unit form old unt to this unit shower head same i only changed it as advised by gp of tight musles in back 

now if need issue fixed need to pay 70 pound to have enginer come and fix  can dedcut cost from rent or not
