I have some sympathy for the agent/ landlord here. It was all working until you changed the head, so your interference could reasonably be the cause of the leak. Your health problems are not for the landlord sort out. Arguably you should have asked permission before changing the head on the landlord’s property.

Hopefully others will be able to advise on why this may have happened and what you can do to rectify it yourself. All heads aren’t the same as they allow for different pressures and some have devices to prevent back flow eg if you put the shower head under the water level in a bath.

you can’t deduct from the rent, even if the landlord is responsible.

It is unclear exactly what the situation is here, but I think:
    1. The OP moved into a flat a year ago.
    2. There was a fault with the shower.
    3. The LL fitted a new shower unit.
    4. After some time, the OP exchanged the head on the shower unit for an alternative shower head.
    5. After the shower head was changed, the shower unit began leaking.
    6. The LL is now asking the OP to pay for the repair as it is claimed that the OP had damaged the unit when exchanging the shower head.
Is that the sequence of events?
It seems to be a fair charge for the LL to pass on to the OP.

Can the OP post a picture showing exactly where the leak is?  I assume that is the leak where the shower head screws onto the end of the shower hose / flexible connector?

We cannot discuss medical issues in the forum, but as for the OP changing the shower head for a higher pressure head, I am not aware that regularly available domestic shower heads would ever provide sufficient massage function to achieve a meaningful benefit if there is an identified muscular issue.  There is a limit to how much more focused any shower head can ever be if the pressure behind the shower head is unchanged.
Some health spas do have purpose-designed massage showers.  I am unsure as to their effectiveness.
    Massage guns can be purchased.
The OP may benefit from seeing a Physiotherapist.
If there is an ongoing muscular issue, the OP may be better reverting back to the GP for advice and specific recommendations.

    Where the yellow arrow points?

If so, that hose connection is exactly the same as at the other end where the handset it - it just screws on. Inside is a rubber washer.
You have replaced the handset end, so you are capable of undoing and checking the shower end too. So, what do you see? Is the rubber washer intact?
However, IS that connection where the leak is coming from? Does it drip, or trickle, or is there a considerable flow? If the latter, then there's a chance the shower unit has blown its pressure valve (often just a round plastic ball bearing) - and an equal chance that this did, unfortunately, happen because you restricted the shower's outlet too much by using a restrictive head.
(Mil's shower did this in their last house simply because the mains pressure was too high! I found the red BB, and pushed it back into place - it popped in, and all was well - after I fitted a PRV on the mains.)

IF it's really the connection that leaks, then

I think the washers on both ends of the hose are identical.

However, there can be an internal leak inside the shower and  water can drip from the bottom of the casing. In this case an icorrect shower head or a head blocked by scale can create extra pressure and incrase internal leakage.

    1. Electric showers generally, including Triton, have a pressure release device (PRD) installed.
    2. If the pressure at the shower outlet is too high, the device operates.  Usually a ball forced from its housing or a diaphragm burst by the over pressure.
    3. If the device operates, water will come from the bottom of the shower, in many cases from the place where the shower hose is connected.
    4. If the shower head gets blocked, or is replaced with one which offers greater resistance to the flow of water, it is quite likely the PRD will operate.
    5. It is generally pretty easy, if fiddly, to replace the PRD.  The device itself will cost £10 to £15 (depending on make and model).  However, there is mains voltage electricity to the shower, so whoever does it must ensure that all power to the property is fully switched off.  Electric showers often have their own small consumer unit, and this must be off.
    6. If the PRD is replaced, the shower hose and head should be replaced with one approved by the manufacturer of the shower.
