RWG replied to me in 1 hour

Iv got 2 RWG sims.
My main number went down last month for 1 day,then started working again.
I forgot about the sim in my spare phone.
That 1 was saying emergency calls only.
I emailed them and got a auto reply with a ticket ref number.
Two weeks later still no reply.
I noticed they were replying regually on X.
Messaged them on X with ticket ref number.within a hour they emailed me to say the number was live on their systems,and they would get in touch with EE to see if there was a problem at their end .
Sim is now reconected and working fine. So if you can get a auto e mail with a ref number, use X.
