Just wondering if anyone can help I bought a car on hp fiance last year it's still under it 12 month warranty and the turbo needs replacing. Total price including labour would be £2500. My warranty cover is only £2000 so i would assume i would pay £500 needed for the total price. The warranty company dont want to pay the price quoted by the garage and are willing to pay £500 max. Just unsure where I stand with this the Garage has had my car now for 2 weeks with no work started on it as the warranty company will not give the go ahead due to the price as they believe the price should be alot cheaper. Just wondering what my rights are as to whether I could give the car back at this point or I'm i stuck having to pay a large amount for it to be fixed.
