By Ombudsman, do you mean OFCOM? Unfortunately, you can become stuck if you want to port out your number as porting (obtaining a PAC) may not work for a "business" account.If you can switch networks with a PAC, it would be interesting to see if Clear Vision tried taking you to court, in which case they would not have a chance as (a) you are not a business customer and (b) their own T&Cs state:"Customer shall complete, sign and return to CV an Application Form prior to CV agreeing to provide the Services", obviously you haven't completed their application form.

'Prestige Telecom' and 'Aerial Direct' used to do the same, selling mobile contracts to 'business users' who are really ordinary consumers with rights. See you solicitor and make it clear you are non business user
