wizz air paid compensation to someone else's account and closed the case


Hi I'm deeply frustrated with wizz air and their lack of communication and refusal to look into this matter which is clearly their fault! So my flight was delayed and I completed the online compensation form and was approved to get £800 euros and so waited 10 days and didn't receive anything in my bank. I contacted them to say I haven't received the money and they said they have transferred it into this person's account who I did not know and was the wrong IBAN number! When I replied back to them explaining my name does not match that person and I didnt travel with anyone of that name how does it make sense they said I PROVIDED those details! I asked them to send me the copy of my details which they never did.
They have now closed the case and said I can complain to AviationADR. I dont understand why they are not accounting for this mistake and not looking into who is the person they have paid they money into . Even if I typed my account details incorrectly it doesn't explain the someone else name which clearly is not mine!
I honestly would never travel with them as their communication is so poor and frustrating I honestly don't think they can read English or understand as the email replies are generic stating the same thing YOU PROVIDED THOSE BANK DETAILS SO WE HAVE PAID THE MONEY. I can't believe they have the audacity to lie and say I provided those account details when clearly the name the money is transferred into isnt mine!
I will complain but I just can't believe a glitch from their end and their failing to acknowledge and resolve this is so unprofessional and I would avoid any travel with them. Also no point in calling them just as clueless saying we cant help and you need to email customer service.

Account numbers are very different. Only similarity is the same bank0

Yes they have with someones name and bank account. Very unprofessional.
