Nationwide HTB to trading 212 ISA transfer

I want to transfer my nationwide HTB ISA to trading 212. I'm aware this means losing the HTB status of the ISA.

Is this something that's allowed? A HTB ISA is fundamentally just a cash ISA, right?

Do I put both parts of my nationwide account number - the 4 digits before the / and the 9 digits after - in the "account number" box on the trading 212 ISA transfer form?

Given that I haven't fully used my ISA allowance this year, would it be quicker to simply withdraw the money from the HTB ISA and pay it into the T212 ISA?
