Cash ISA that acepts bank transfer

Which ISA providers give you a proper account number and sort code that will accept a bank transfer initiated from my current account?
I don't want to use a provider that can't accpet a transfer that I initiate. I tried the top two ISA providers on the MSE list today and neither of them give a proper a/c and s/c, both rely on open banking API's to pull the money from your account rather than accepting a transfer. To me this is shady. NS&I and Royal Mint and every stockbroker I ever used all accept bank transfers none insist on open banking.
Does anyone know which ISA providers can accept normal bank transfers?
Could MSE add some details on this for the top ISA providers?

There is nothing shady about Open Banking, it is the future and much less prone to errors than having to type in sort code, account number and possibly a reference.
Trading 212 use one account for all customers with a personal reference so that's one for your ever decreasing list.
An open banking deposit with them is instant, a bank transfer can take several hours to be credited.
If you want to miss out due to your personal preferences so be it.

Marcus and Leeds Building Society have OK though not top rates and accept bank transfer.
I would expect that the 'well- known names' column of the MSE page would broadly correspond with institutions that can be paid by bank transfer.0 -
Most will only accept bank transfers.
Worth noting that most smaller savings providers have their bank account with one of the big clearing banks.
So although you are sending money to X, you actually send it to a Barclays/Nat West /Lloyds account .1
