Which one did you choose in the end?
I chose: DVLA Keeper and Other.

Appeal has been rejected and been given a POPLA number.
You already have your POPLA CODE.

no sorry I meant get the appeal into POPLA within the next 28 days? would it be worth me re-appealing to horizon using this template below adding a little more about the time we visited? or because I have the POPLA code its pointless?

This is an appeal by the Registered Keeper - No driver details will be given.
Please do NOT try the usual trick of asking for driver details in order to get around the fact that your Notice to Keeper does not comply with Schedule 4 of The Protection of Freedoms Act 2012.
As there is no keeper liability, liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and so this will be an automatic win at POPLA. Please cancel this Parking Charge Notice or issue a POPLA code at which point you will auto withdraw.

yes, so reading it suggests I've now got 28 days since PPC first appeal rejection to get sorted under stage 2. I wasn't sure if I could re-appeal to PPC with the other template that some are having success with.

Doesn't the 3rd post of the NEWBIES thread make the Popla process sufficiently clear?

    No.

yeh kind of.....my memory of past successful appeals is confusing me slightly. im pretty sure they were windscreen PCN's so trying not to let that get in the way of this one. i'll craft together a block of text and have a look at past POPLA appeals to see what can produce.

update - sent in a POPLA appeal just over two weeks ago and just had notification that 'The operator has contacted us and told us that they have withdrawn your appeal.'

Result!! thanks for help. Just for the purpose of the post and advice for others, I went to town with the signage being non-existent, signs all facing one way, too high, obscured by foliage, dirty etc.

I did have a past appeal and used some of the same points from that.
