I even saw these 'free breaks' being advertised on certain private forums as a hack - you took all the free holidays , made sure before you went that you got a specific requirement in writing i.e 'attend a 2 hour presentation' , and had a great short break, and after 2 hours in a presentation get up and leave on the basis that was what they signed up to.
