Is anyone experiencing issues with viewing fund fact sheet on Hargreaves says it not secure

And the option on site , we're you can analyse portfolio. It doesn't seem to , it just keeps saying analysing

I tried few different things no luck , wanted ask before I send them a message

I messaged there support team still waiting

Is anyone has or is experience like this , on app or site when click the documents or fund factsheet says this site poses security risk and can steal details so won't continue

On there site I can't analyse portfolio - it keeps calculating

I tried 3 different devices and with internet and data

Just go direct to the provider or use e.g., Fidelity’s website instead?

I just checked and mine is working fine, so it's not an issue for all users. Usually when you get a browser warning like that there is an override link at the bottom, do that. As long as you are sure you're on the correct website there's no risk.

Which fund?  HL doesn't host fund factsheets, they link to fundslibrary.co.uk so make sure your browser trusts that domain as well as hl.co.uk

I think I almost sorted it out,

Can I check what browser people are using when view fund fact sheet or visiting funds library

The option on HL website were you analyse your fund portfolio, this by fund library too ?

I use Chrome and it works fine. You said you might have fixed it, what was the issue?

There's no issue with fundslibrary.co.uk's certificate chain or protocol support so the problem will be with your ISP, router, or device.
